This notice explains what Aspire stores, why we store it, and the controls your office holds over it.
What we store
Aspire stores the documents you upload and the figures parsed from them: holdings, transactions, balances, loans, and the entities and custodians they belong to. We also store the accounts your team creates and a log of who accessed what.
How we use it
We use your data to run the product your office signed up for: parsing statements, reconciling totals, generating reports, and answering the questions you type into Ask Aspire. We do not sell it, and we do not train public models on it.
Where it lives
Each household runs in its own database tenancy, isolated at the data layer rather than the application layer alone. Aspire staff cannot read into your tenancy without explicit, time-boxed, audit-logged access that your office requests.
Who else processes it
We rely on a short list of vendors to host infrastructure, store files, and run document parsing and embeddings. Each one processes your data under contract and only to deliver the service.
Your controls
You can export or delete your data whenever you choose. Deleting a document removes it from storage and re-derives the dashboard figures it once backed, so nothing lingers behind a deleted source.
