Aspire Intelligence
Terms of use
Last updated June 2026
These terms govern how your office uses Aspire. By using the platform, your office agrees to them.
What Aspire is
Aspire is a software platform for family offices. It parses statements, reconciles totals, and surfaces what your data says. It does not custody assets, advise on allocation, or act as a regulated financial institution in any jurisdiction. References to custodians, instruments, or asset classes describe your own data and carry no recommendation.
Your responsibilities
Your office is responsible for the documents it uploads and for the decisions it makes from Aspire's output. Reconciliation flags discrepancies before they reach a dashboard; it does not replace your own review of the source statements.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep Aspire available and its figures correct. We provide the platform as-is, without a warranty that every parse or number is right. Check the source statement before you act on a figure.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page marks the current version.
